Linda Coughlin Brooks is a bereaved mom, bereavement care provider and grief counselor.  She lost her 17 ½ year old daughter suddenly in 1997. This devastating experience combined with her professional background, further studies and love of helping others directed her life to help others in thier grief journey.  Linda has education in Death and Grief Studies and is a certified Thanatologist and a member of ADEC (Association for Death Education and Counseling). She is also a member of National Hospice Palliative Care Organization.

As a registered nurse for 37 years in the Denver metro area, she has been committed to helping people obtain physical and emotional quality of life.  She believes that the loss of a loved one challenges not only one’s emotional health, but physical health as well.  Working with Linda will give you the opportunity to help yourself work towards optimal health.  The hope is that you will take the opportunity to open your heart and share your story while remembering your loved one and journeying through the pit of despair to a life with new hope, meaning and purpose.
